Raw Material Preparation

Before production begins, all raw materials are carefully selected and prepared to meet strict quality standards. Materials such as PET, PP, or HDPE are inspected for cleanliness, moisture content, and physical integrity. They are then passed through a drying process—typically using dehumidifying dryers—to remove any residual moisture that could affect product quality. Proper material handling, including sealed containers and contamination-free environments, ensures consistent performance in subsequent molding and manufacturing stages.

Shipping

Our products are carefully packaged and dispatched to ensure safe and timely delivery. Every shipment undergoes strict inspection and tracking to maintain product integrity throughout the supply chain.

PackingWarehouse Storage

Materials and finished goods are stored in clean, temperature-controlled warehouses with optimized layout and safety standards. We ensure proper labeling, FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation, and minimal handling to maintain quality.

Packing

Each product is packaged using high-quality, industry-approved materials to prevent damage, contamination, or deformation during storage and transportation. Custom packaging options are also available based on client needs.

Trimming & Quality Check

Post-production trimming is carried out to remove excess material and ensure product uniformity. A dedicated quality control team inspects each batch for dimensional accuracy, defects, and compliance with specifications.

Cooling & Ejection

After molding, parts are rapidly cooled in a controlled environment to retain shape and stability. The cooled product is then gently ejected from the mold using advanced ejection systems to avoid any surface damage.

Injection Molding

This is the core process where melted raw materials are injected into high-precision molds under controlled pressure and temperature. We use state-of-the-art injection molding machines to achieve consistent, high-quality results.

Feeding & Melting

Raw materials (such as PET or PP) are fed into the machine hopper, where they undergo heating and melting at controlled temperatures. Proper feeding and drying ensure the molten material is pure and ready for injection.
